We discuss your needs, what you are looking for, the price points, features etc. From there we give you an initial proposal and budgetary cost. As we refine the proposal with your input, we firm up the quote.

Since we partner with you on projects, there is no charge for our development efforts when a project does not proceed. When it does, we become your supplier of the item, at the cost and terms that we quoted you.

Each situation is different, but generally with new items, we research existing patents for similar items, and / or we might decide to apply for a patent of our own. Either way, this is information that we share with you and decide on jointly during the development process.

In general yes, but it depends on the specific type of certification that the end retailer requires. Some require their own certification, product testing, and also inspection of every shipment. We look after all the arrangements to take care of this process.

We work with a number of labs to ensure that products are safe for transportation and sale in the USA, where many types of regulations apply. We supply the “SDS” ( Safety Data Sheet) and any other lab reports required for third party certification such as WERKS or UL etc.
